7.03 Single figure 75mm to 100mm. Typically 1/24 scale to less than 1/16 scale. Usual size is between 3 to 4 1/2 inches.

7.04 Single figure larger than 100mm. Typically 1/16 scale to 1/6 scale. Usual size is between 5 inches to 12 inches.

9.05 WW2 Continues: What if WW2 hadn’t ended in 1945 but continued into 1946 & beyond. Any scale of an actual or experimental ship/sub, aircraft, figure, armored vehicle, soft-skin vehicle, or artillery piece that would have taken part in campaigns in either Europe or the Pacific in 1946 and beyond.

9.07 Scratch built, Vac, and major conversions, all types/scales

9.08 Out of the Box, Any model in any scale. Must be built straight from the box with no additions or alterations. Kit instructions must be displayed with the model.

Best US Navy or Marine Aircraft

Hal Marshman Sr. Memorial Award – Best FW 190, any variant, in either 1/72, 1/48, or 1/32 scale.

Gian Montecalvo Memorial Armor Challenge – Any scale of any tank, armored car, or SP gun which fought in World War 1.

Aircraft Challenge – “The Med,” any aircraft in any scale from any nation which fought in the Mediterranean Theater during World War 2.

SciFi Challenge – "Star Blazers!" Any ship, vehicle, or figure from the Star Blazers TV series.

Bill Collins “Iron Man” Triathlon memorial award – Best 3 separate models, any scale, from 3 different categories (100, 200, 300, 400, 600, 700, 800).
